Quick Facts

• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Nights, 12-hour shifts, 7 on / 7 off
• ATLS, PALS, ACLS and BLS required
• Case logs for minimum of 15 central & arterial lines, 5 hemodialysis & 25 intubations in last 2 yrs
• Provider needs to be highly comfortable with high acuity patients/procedures
• DEA needed
