Arc Health is seeking a mission-driven Emergency Medicine Physician to join the team at Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), a high-volume facility serving the Navajo Nation across Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide trauma-informed, culturally respectful care in a rural Tribal setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 emergency medical care in a Level IV trauma center
• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic conditions
• Perform comprehensive exams for patients of all ages
• Conduct procedures including suturing, ultrasound, minor/major surgery, EKG, and more
• Collaborate with specialists and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine
• ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS (required for board-eligible candidates)
• Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA (any U.S. state or territory)
• Completion of a U.S.-based residency program
• No lapse in clinical practice >6 months prior to assignment

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: 1099
• Stipend: $100/day for housing and travel
• Coverage: Malpractice insurance including tail coverage
