📍 Interventional Cardiologist – Locum Tenens Springfield, Oregon

We’re seeking 2 Interventional Cardiologists (MD/DO) to provide locum tenens coverage in Springfield, Oregon. This opportunity offers a mix of cath lab, clinic, and call with strong subspecialty support.

📅 Assignment Details

• Start Date: Mid-December 2025
• Duration: 6 months (urgent credentialing available; temps requested)
• Schedule:
• 8 hours/day in cath lab & clinic (Mon–Fri)
• Weekend call: Friday 5pm – Monday 7am (1:3 rotation)
• Weekly mix: 1–2 cath lab days, 2–3 clinic days, 1–2 backup night calls
• Setting: Clinic + Hospital | Inpatient + Outpatient
• Patient Demographics: Adult/Geriatric
• Volume: 15 patients/day in clinic | 10–20 rounding patients/day
• Call: Hospital call while in cath lab/clinic + evening/night call coverage

💲 Compensation

• $299/hr (clinic/cath lab)
• $540/night (weeknight call)
• $2,522/shift (24-hour weekend call)

🩺 Clinical Scope

• Cardiac Cath
• Interventional Cardiology procedures
• DCCVs
• Temporary pacemaker placement (as needed)
• STEMI coverage | Admissions & rounding

Support Available: Collaboration with General, Interventional, and EP Cardiologists.

EMR: EPIC

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• Active Oregon License + DEA
• 60-day credentialing (temps requested to expedite)
