We are urgently seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for an Locum Tenens position with an immediate start date in rural, Eastern Montana.

Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract

Date Range: Multiple rotations, beginning October 13th, 2025

Compensation: Hourly Rate + Call + Call-Back

  • November 3rd - November 17th, 2025

• Schedule:
  • Scheduled Cases: 7:00am - 12:00pm, with 8 hour day guaranteed.
  • Rotating Call
  • 20-minute call-back response time required
  • ​
• Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate: $230.00 - $250.00 (8-hour per day guarantee)
  • Hourly Call Rate: $40.00 - $50.00
  • Hourly Call-Back Rate: $230.00 - $250.00 (1-hour call-back pay guarantee)
• Responsibilities:
• Case Mix: Ortho, General Surgery, Scopes, Podiatry, OB/GYN, Pediatrics
• Staffing Mix: Full hospital staff
• Position Requirements:
• Active Montana State Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license
• Active BLS & PALS
• Active DEA registration
• Independent Practice Model
