Requirements 9.22.25 updated, Florence Adult Cardiac CRNA needed - will focus on major vascular, cardiac and thoracic anesthesia but may include general and ASC cases as well. Active SC license, must e willing to do open hearts and take some cardiac call; call is very minimal. must be flexible to 8, 10, 12's as needed to meet scheduling. will cross credential for Columbia to meet scheduling needs, must be flexible; will consider 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off $250 flat rate for hospital modules and EPIC personalization session $150 per day for lodging at MUSC approved hotel car rental or mileage, MUSC does not cover airline , 1 r/t ticket will be considered @6 weeks, will confirm for 3 months at a time no OT, if OT must be approved by manager ; billable at regular hourly rate $315/hr expenses or $330 all inclusive
