      Schedule:

      •Hours: M, Th., F 8:30 am - 5 pm (30 min meal), Tuesday and Wednesday 10 am - 7 pm (1-hour meal)

      •Assignment Dates: As soon as credentialed - 01/18/26; with potential to extend

      Practice Setting:

      •Outpatient clinic

      •2 patients per hour

      •Support from RN and front desk

      Cases and Procedures:

      • Occupational Medicine

      • Physical Exams

      • CLIA waived testing (Rapid strep, glucose, urinalysis, cardio check, Influenza)

      • Acute Care

      Location:

      • 40 miles from downtown Chicago

      DOT is required
