Requirements North Memorial is looking for locum CRNAs to start as soon as credentialed. Hospital #1- Level 1 Trauma Center Hospital #2-Busy Community Hospital ASC#1-Multispecialty ASAP - ongoing
Schedule needed: Full time starting ASAC. would prefer if providers have availability for 10 and 12 hour shifts.Candidates should be flexible working a schedule of at least 3 days per week
All scheduled hours will be paid a regular time rate No overtime rate.No call
Reason for coverage: shortage to cover OR's needed for expected growthEMR: Epic
Trauma level 1Number of Operating Rooms: 16 Medical direction model.Scrubs provided on site.Needs to be comfortable seeing all ages - perm staff will cover peds cases. Required cases: Spine Urology General Orthopedics Robotics Endoscopy Plastics EP lab/Cath lab Navigational Bronchoscopy Craniotomies Simple Vascular facility employed staff will do all Open Hearts Thoracotomies Trauma Now Obstetrics Pediatrics. Do not need to do heart/lung cases. No lines or blocks.Credentialing timeframe: 4 months
